Mason with a nice Flounder gigged from the front of the Flounder Barge. This Flounder, too, was laying right up on the edge of the marsh grass in very shallow water.
Eric gigs another nice Flounder a few moments later. He used a great flounder technique all night long as he learned in Captain Mac's Flounder Gigging 101 school.
Eric and Mason of Jacksonville, Florida, long-time friends since high school, give each other a "high five" after Eric gigged a nice Flounder.
The two Friends display excellent sportsmanship as they gave each other credit for spotting and gigging the Flounder all night long.
Eric and Mason with another nice Flounder. The Flounder were mostly laying in only about 1" to 2" of water along the scenic saltwater marshlands as seen in these pictures.
Mason and Eric prove that friendship, sportsmanship and having a good time can easily be found in a Flounder Gigging Adventure. As shown above, these Adventurers were often gigging two Flounder at a time, and they ended the successful night by filling the box up slap full of tasty Flounder.

We routinely take Friends and often three generations of family members aboard the Flounder Barge and Flounder Gigging is always fun for everyone!
