When making the reservation, Walter said "Upon visiting Amelia Island, we had to make a choice of whether to play a round of gold at an expensive resort, or to go flounder gigging. It goes without saying, I AM GLAD WE CHOSE TO GO FLOUNDER GIGGING! Not only did we having an unbelievably good time flounder gigging, but we will be eating delicious Flounder for many dinners to come!
